About Service 4 Science

Service 4 Science was founded in April 2016 by Robert Händler who previously was Service Manager for PerkinElmer Austria.

With him a lot of high qualified former PerkinElmer employees joined our Team, which is only one of the good reasons why Service 4 Science was chosen to be the exclusive Service partner for PerkinElmer in Austria.

In addition to the usual service tasks like Installations, PMs and Repairs we also support our customers with all other technical challenges like project management, relocation of systems or whole labs, procurement of spare parts and consumables, customer trainings, etc.

Due to our years of high qualified experience in technical customer support and our flexible structures we can respond quickly to needs and expectations of our customers and partners! Which is why we got an excellent reputation as a service partner not only in Austria but also beyond the borders for each single one of our customers over the last years.

With our flat hierarchy and flexible structures, we can provide a high uptime for instruments and help our customers to maximize their efficiency!
