In May 2023, we successfully installed a SEMView8000 Upgrade from SEMTech Solutions, Inc. on a XL30 FEG SEM.
The Customers from the department for laser physics at FAU – Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen/Germany are happy and very satisfied with the outcome and can now use their new UI SW on Windows 11 and with a new much more powerfull video processing in 8k!
